Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With original tags (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your return without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address confirmation.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

However, if the item you received is:

  • Damaged during shipping;
  • Defective;
  • Incorrect;
  • Or has any quality-related issue caused before delivery,

Atriva will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@atriva.shop so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. After your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
